  Explore Design (ED) is one of the most energetic conferences we've participated in. After ED wrapped up on Thursday, our feet and throat were telling us just how much they were overworked, but it was totally worth it. :) During the two-day conference, a couple of thousand high school students visited the Microsoft booth.   I really enjoyed the speech given by University of Waterloo Dean's Arts, Ken Coates, at last DesignCamp Waterloo back in March. It took me a while to get the video clip for speech, but it's a great one to share. He only spoke for 10 mins. However, it was short and powerful.
